Standard Leadtimes

Standard lead-times are 4 weeks on repeat orders and 5 weeks on new orders. For new orders, the extra week lead-time accounts for the time it takes to get usable artwork, produce a proof to get approved and then get a signed approval. Due to potential seasonal pressures and plant shutdowns, these leadtimes may vary. Please contact a service representative if a specific date is needed. Sure date requirements must be discussed and approved before a firm commitment can be made. For non-sure date orders, order acknowledgements confirm the approximate ship date.
