Clean Bags and Rollstock Using Clean Manufacturing

Many times, the end use application requires a “clean bag” that does not need to be certified to a cleanliness level. (certified clean room bags are typically very costly especially at low volumes). We make clean bags using clean manufacturing procedures used to eliminate visible contamination.
- Raw materials covered and stored in specialized areas prior to manufacturing
- Machine cleaned prior to run times
- Lot numbers assigned to raw materials and job for trace ability
- One or two operators used for inspection depending on bag size and degree of cleanliness. Operators wear gloves in machining.
- Shipments made in full, poly-lined cases to prevent crushed cases and contamination in transit

Specialty Raw Materials

Specialized film available depending on end use application
- Easy Tear material is a popular medical material. Easy Tear allows the material to easily open via a straight line tear thereby eliminating the need for scissors or a knife.
- Hi density material is a non scratch material with no slip agents to provide a cleaner package. By nature, hi density is a cloudier material than low density.
- Nitrogen purged material available. The purging occurs in extrusion and helps cleanse the inside of the material.
- “Barefoot resins” - Material with no additives is often referred to as “barefoot” material. With no slip agents or other additives that can bloom to the surface over time, barefoot
  materials are cleaner than general low density material.

Biohazard Ziplock Bags

Ziplocks are printed with the biohazard symbol and are available with and without pouches. Pouches allow the item to be separated from the paperwork.
Often made with a white “write-on” black to allow the end user to write on the bag to identify contents
Any custom size available
Consecutive numbering available on each bag if desired. Consecutive or sequentially numbered bags are used on any application where tracing the contents in each bag is required. Some applications need to have the ability to know when the bag was made and where it was packed in order to determine what went into the bag. Numbering the
bags makes this possible.
