Low Volume custom polybags available at ClearView Packaging

New products and services many times need new packaging.   In the beginning, the uncertainty surrounding new items has clients often desiring low volume custom polybags.   We do all we can to cater to clients needing to match the current demand for their item to the amount of custom polybags.  Custom does not mean large volume for us.    We can make as few as 1,000 bags if needed.   Three focus areas are in place to continuously help clients in need of lower volumes.

1. Large variety of raw material kept in inventory: We stock 30 plus sizes of raw materials specifically to slit to size needed for smaller orders.   The minimum for inventoried raw material items is as low as 1,000 bags for either plain or printed items.  Stock sizes include:

• Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) clear film in 002, 003, 004 and 006 thicknesses
• Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) white film in 002 and 0025 thicknesses
• Cast Polypropylene (CPP) in 002 thickness
• Colored tinted Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) in 004 mil in red, blue, green, yellow and orange colors.

2. Slitter / Rewinders: We have three slitter/rewinders in the plant that provide capacity and versatility in taking larger film and customizing it to accommodate low volume custom polybags.  The smallest of the rewinders can slit to size as few as 20 pounds of material.
3. Culture: Our entire staff looks at low volume custom polybags as a large part of our business and also as the best means to help people.   We are used to multiple changeovers in the plant, catching details on a wide variety of small orders, and assisting people in search of low volumes who may not be familiar with the process.  We are here to help and running lower volumes helps people meet their needs and saves them money.

If we cannot accommodate the volume you need due to the bag construction or raw material limitations, we will suggest alternatives.    We can hand make custom polybag non printed samples at no charge to help determine if the alternative is viable.
