Mulch/Top Soil/Wood Chips Bags
Special blended film used to ensure bag strength, puncture resistance and overall integrity throughout the life of the bag
- Pin vents often used to allow air release after packing
- Custom print up to 6 colors available. Low slip film utilized to allow stack ability. (500 pound minimum for low slip)
- UVI film used to protect the film from degradation under varying whether conditions (500 pound minimum for low slip)
- UVI inks used on print graphics to prevent print from fading in outdoor whether conditions
- Most bags will differ as far as size due to the product going into the bag, how the bag will be sealed and the fit desired. The following is a rough guide - it is always best to request a sample for size to make sure the size fits your particular needs:
- 1 cubic foot: 18x28
- 2 cubic foot: 24x33+6BG
Parts Bags
- Generally made with a white write on area to allow user to write on the bag to identify contents
- Any bag construction available. Most popular are open flat bags and ziplock bags
- Custom prints available
Mailers/Shipping Bags
White outside/Gray inside co-extruded mailers
- Special co-extruded film used for maximum puncture resistance
- Opaque white with gray interior-opacity will not allow contents to be seen
- Normally 00225 to 003 mil
- Low minimums (can be as low as 1000 on most sizes)
- Tamper proof tape (either tape or hot melt glue adhesive) on lip used to permanently close bag upon sealing
- Any size can be manufactured - 9x12, 12x15, 15x18 18x22 are popular sizes for mailers
- Printing can be done up to 6 colors on 2 sides
- Clear polyethylene postal approved mailer bags
- Certified to be used by the US Postal service for mailings
- Certificate verifying the material is USPS approved available upon request
- Used in conjunction with permanent tape to close the contents
- Any size available upon request
- Custom print available up to 6 colors
Postal Approved Bags
- Clear polyethylene postal approved mailer bags are available
- Certified to be used by the US Postal service for mailings
- Certificate verifying the material is USPS approved available upon request
- Used in conjunction with permanent tape to close the contents in the bag
- Any size available upon request
- Custom print available up to 6 colors
Archival Bags
- Polypropylene bags are standard archival grade packaging
- Crystal clear film that does not shed over time helps in archiving items
- Often used in conjunction with a lip and tape closures and ziplock constructions
- Can be printed or unprinted
Textiles
- Textile bags are often found with backflip/frontflip or lip and tape constructions to secure products inside.

Military Applications
- We manufacture a variety of military spec bags. Providing us the mil spec needed will allow us to research and determine the material and construction required. Some of the specifications require a barrier bag in which case we can direct you to a source.
Suffocation Warning Bags
- Suffocation warnings can be printed on any bag
- We provide a few different warning prints we stock or the customer can provide their own
