Art File Submitted Requirements

• Artwork files must be provided in vector-based format to allow for color separation .Include all necessary fonts or convert fronts to outlines.
• Submit files created from the following programs and formats:

• Illustrator
• Indesign
• EPS File
• PDF (created from a Vector based program) (Acceptable upon review of the Prepress Department).

All submitted artwork should contain the following information: File Name, Bag Size, Image Area, Print Location, and Ink Colors.

The following are not considered usable artwork.

• Non-Vector files
• JPEG files
• PDF (not created from Vector based program)
• Files containing placed images
• Images from Internet
• Hand drawn images or text
