Low Density Polyethylene LDPE

LDPE is commonly refereed to as general purpose plastic. (Recycle symbol #4)

Linear Low Density Polyethylene

A more puncture resistant version of LDPE. Linear resins provide added strength with a small sacrifice in clarity. (Recycle symbol #4)

High Density Polyethylene

Stiffer, tougher and cloudier material than LDPE. Also acts as a better moisture and vapor barrier. (Recycle symbol #2)

Insta Tear / EZ Tear

Custom material which allows for straight line tears without the use of scissors.

Mailer film (coextruded)

Custom white outside / gray inside opaque material with superior puncture resistance. Ideal for shipping products.

Postal Approved film

A clear LDPE based custom material that is approved by the United /States Postal Service.

Polypropylene --- Cast

Custom ultra clear material that is archival grade and ideal for making bags for high end packaging. (Recycle symbol #5)

Polypropylene --- Oriented OPP

Custom ultra clear material that is ideal for high volume form fill and seal applications. (Recycle symbol #5)

Shrink film

Shrink material is made through custom manufacturing of LDPE material to provide shrink properties when exposed to heat.

Non Scratch film

Either special formulated LDPE or HDPE material that does not allow the material to easily scratch contents of a package.

Ice Film

Custom formulated material to allow the material to maintain integrity under cold conditions.

Mulch film

Custom, highly puncture resistant material that is often low slip to allow stacking of end packages and incorporates UVI into material to protect bag against deterioration in outside storage conditions.

Metalized film

Shiny aluminum layer of film to provide end packages a shiny appearance.

Antistatic film

Custom material that aids in dissipating electrostatic charges. Antistatic bags are most often made with a pink tint.

Biodegradable

Custom additive to LDPE material to allow material to degrade at a faster rate in the natural environment.

Recycled content

LDPE material that uses recycled materials in its extrusion. Recycled content percentage can be as high as 100% for some film/bags.
